The Run
Room 102 is the keycard most people open first. It's right at the end of the hallway as you push into the west wing on Floor 1, so if you grabbed the card on the way in you don't have to detour. The room itself is small. One bed, one nightstand, a closet, a chest of drawers.
Loot is fine but not life-changing. You'll usually walk out with a mid-tier weapon, a couple of attachments, and some bandages. Don't expect a blueprint here. The reason to use this key is convenience, not jackpot.
Worth checking 103 right after — the door is literally next to it, so if you've got both cards you can clear the wing in one trip.
