Location & Use
Where to find
Random scavenge across Riven Tides — residential drawers and admin desks are the highest hit-rate.
Where to use
End of the west-wing hallway on Floor 1, right next to Room 103.
Hotel Panorama Azzurro, Floor 1, West wing
What's Inside
- Mid-tier weapon spawn (usually Lv.2 rarity)
- 1–2 attachments or small mods
- Med kits, bandages, occasional stim
- Crafting materials (electrical, scrap)
The Run
Room 102 is the keycard most players open first. It sits at the very end of the hallway as you push into the west wing on Floor 1, so if you picked up the card on the way in you don't have to detour for it. The room itself is small — one bed, one nightstand, a closet, and a chest of drawers tucked against the back wall.
Loot is solid but unspectacular. You'll usually walk out with a mid-tier weapon, two or three attachments, some bandages, and a handful of crafting materials. Don't expect a blueprint here. The reason to use this card is convenience — it's right at the entrance to the wing and the clear takes under a minute.
What makes 102 worth a slot is its pairing with 103. The two doors are literally ten feet apart, side by side at the end of the same hallway. If you've got both cards on you, the combined clear takes about ninety seconds and you can exit through the west-side hatches without backtracking through the central lobby.
Audio cue to listen for: footsteps on the wooden floor above you. The Floor 2 hallway is directly overhead and other raiders will often loop up there. If you hear movement, finish the loot run quietly and avoid the elevator on your way out — take the stairwell at the west end instead.
Recommended Loadout
Budget loadout is the right call for 102:
- Lv.2 weapon (Anvil or Stitcher)
- Light armor
- One smoke grenade
- Skip the meds — the room has them
When to Attempt
Hit 102 in the first five minutes of a raid before the central wing gets contested. After the ten-minute mark, the entire hotel becomes a battleground and even the quiet west wing draws traffic. If you're carrying expensive gear in mid-raid, skip this one — the payoff doesn't justify the contested-area risk.
Verdict
Use the card if you have it and you're already on Floor 1. Don't make a special trip and don't bring expensive gear. It's a steady mid-tier room that pays for itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find Hotel Keycard 102?
It's a random scavenge drop. Residential drawers and admin desks across Riven Tides have the highest hit-rate. Don't farm for it specifically — pick it up on the way through.
Is Room 102 worth using a key on?
If you already have the card, yes. If you're choosing between 102 and a higher-tier room (107, 208, 404), save your card slot for one of those.
Can I open 102 and 103 on the same raid?
Yes — they're separate doors right next to each other. You'll need both keycards on you, and each is consumed on use.
