The Run
The east tower is the part of the hotel that sticks up above the rest of the building — you can see it from across the map. To get to 311 you climb a narrow stairwell from Floor 2. The stairwell is easy to ambush in but rarely contested in mid-raid windows because most players don't bother going up unless they have the card.
Loot tier sits between mid and high. You're more likely to find a Lv.2 or Lv.3 gear piece here than in the Floor 1 rooms, but the weapon spawn isn't on the level of 107 or 208. The reason to come up is the gear pool — armor and helmets specifically.
Use this card as a stepping stone if you're climbing toward 404. The two rooms are roughly aligned vertically — open 311 on Floor 3, then keep climbing the east stairwell to Floor 4 for 404. The chain saves you a full re-approach and you can extract through the rooftop hatch when you're done.
The window in this room has a sniper sightline to the Stacking Yard. Don't linger near it — there's almost always someone watching that angle for movement. Loot the dresser and the bed area, then back out through the stairwell.

Medium loadout — the stairwell push wants stopping power:
- Lv.2 weapon (close-range biased)
- Medium armor
- One smoke for the stairwell
- Skip extra meds
When to Attempt
Best at minute 8–14. Floor 3 is past the early rush, before the late extract camping. The stairwell rarely gets watched after the early-raid combat dies down.
Verdict
Solid for gear farmers. Chain it with 404 if you have both cards — saves a whole approach.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is 311 worth a separate trip?
Only if you're already pushing toward Floor 4 for 404 or you've got the card and nothing better to do with the slot. Skip it if your only locked-room budget is one card and 107/208 are still open.
Can I extract from Floor 3?
There's no direct hatch on Floor 3 itself, but the east tower connects to the rooftop hatch on Floor 4. Easier to extract via the roof than backtrack down.
