This one was added with patch 1.26 and the community is still mapping it. The wiki entry is a stub. What we know: it's epic-rarity (so it drops less often than the Classified Records keycard), it's used in the same Port Authority building, and the room sits behind or adjacent to Classified Records.
Best practice right now is to run Classified Records first, scout the corridor for the Secure Storage door, then come back next raid with the matching card. The two rooms are designed to be cleared together — they share the same approach corridor and the same building extract routes.
If you find this card, save it. It's the rarest scavenge keycard on Riven Tides as of patch 1.26 — even rarer than the 404 Hotel card. There's no guaranteed way to farm it, just luck on scavenge drops. Some community reports suggest higher drop rates from epic-rarity drawers in the Port Authority itself, but this is unconfirmed.
